- Maistrali apartments reserves the right to change the prices listed on the website www.halkidiki-maistrali.gr any time without prior notice.
- If you want to procced to the booking you are obliged to pay in advanced the 30% of the total amount the day of booking (with credit card) or in 1-5 days(deposit to a bank account) or by Western Union.The remmaining amount(70% of the total)you will pay on arrival.
- The deposit is not refundable.
- In case of no show, the total price of reservation will be charged.
- In case that the guest wants to extend his reservation during his stay, Maistrali apartments cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room, or even in the same hotel.
- The guest is obliged to check-out till 12:00 from the agreed date of departure. For extension of stay after 12:00 and till 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate and after 18:00 will be charged 100% of room rate.
